In-Store Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase in store.
To process an in-store return or exchange, you must provide:

The original card used for the purchase

Proof of purchase (receipt, order email, or customer profile)
Items must be in their original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Sale items, gift cards, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Hatched reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Online Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If your order isn’t quite right, please contact us at hello@hatchedbaby.ca to request a return.
To be eligible for an online return, items must be:

In the same condition you received them

Unworn or unused

With tags and original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to initiate an online return:

Email hello@hatchedbaby.ca to request approval.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once approved, items must be received in our shop within 10 business days of the return approval date.
Additional online return details:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Local customers may drop off returns in store free of charge.

We strongly recommend using a trackable mail service. Hatched is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
