Shipping & Returns
Once an order is placed, we guarantee that it will be shipped out within 48 hours. This excludes any custom or pre-ordered product. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. All shipments are shipped from our Qualicum Beach location, shipping times to be determined based on the final destination.
Hatched Baby & Kids is not liable for lost or stolen packages verified as delivered to the specified address of an order.
Shipping within Canada
- Complimentary shipping on all orders over CAD $150
- Complimentary local delivery available from Qualicum Beach to Nanaimo on orders over $100. Local deliveries are either same or next day front door delivery.
- $12 Flat Rate Shipping on all orders under $150
Processing Times
All orders are guaranteed to ship from our Qualicum Beach location within 48 hours unless it is a custom or pre-order product. Orders are not processed on holidays or days where the shop is closed. Please contact us with any questions or concerns regarding your order or shipment and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Returned Shipments
If a package wasn't able to be delivered to the customer and is, therefore, returned to Hatched, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to send the package back to Hatched.
