Can you hold something for me?
Yes. Email or call and we will set it aside for you.
Do you deliver locally?
We do — free local delivery from Qualicum Beach to Nanaimo on orders over $100, either same day or next day, right to your front door. Everywhere else in Canada, shipping is free over $150 and $12 flat rate below that. Full details on our Shipping Information page.
Can you order something in for me?
We do not take special orders — but we always want to hear the request. Tell us the brand or the piece you are after and it goes on the list we buy from. A good deal of what is on the shelves started as someone asking.
Can you help me build a registry?
Gladly. We offer both virtual and in-store registry consultations — email us to book one, or read more on our Baby Registry page.
What is your return policy?
Thirty days, in original condition, with proof of purchase. The details are on our Returns & Exchanges page.
Do you buy pre-loved pieces?
We do, through Reloved by Hatched.
