These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Reloved by Hatched program (“Program”). By submitting items for consignment, you agree to the following:

1. Eligible Items

• We only accept high-quality, gently-loved baby and children’s items from premium brands — typically those carried at Hatched.
• Please ensure all items are freshly laundered, free of stains, holes, tears, and heavy wear.
• Hatched reserves the right to decline any items that do not meet our quality standards or align with our brand selection.
• A current list of accepted brands is available on our website; however, this list is not exhaustive.

2. How the Program Works

• Book an appointment by emailing reloved@hatchedbaby.ca to bring in your items.
• Once your pieces are reviewed, Hatched will determine which items are accepted for consignment.
• Accepted items will be made available for resale as part of our Reloved by Hatched collection, in-store and/or online.

3. Store Credit

• When an item sells, you will receive 60% of the final selling price in Hatched store credit.
• Store credit will be issued to your Hatched account within 48 hours of the item’s sale.
• Store credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Credit may be used toward any future Hatched purchase, in-store or online.

4. Unsold Items

• Consigned items will remain available for resale for 8 weeks from the date they are listed.
• After this period, you may choose to pick up your unsold items within 7 days of notification.
• Any items not collected after this timeframe will be donated at Hatched’s discretion to a local charity or family in need.

5. General Terms

• Hatched is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to consigned items while in our possession, though all care will be taken to protect your pieces.
• Prices and resale values are determined by Hatched based on brand, condition, and current demand.
• Hatched reserves the right to update, pause, or discontinue the Reloved by Hatched program at any time.
• Participation in the program does not create any partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and Hatched.
